Jazz Chords Pro puts over 4,000 chord voicings right at your fingertips!

“An incredible tool for jazz musicians! Even as a seasoned jazz musician, JCP has introduced me to so many new voicings of standard chords. I also love that I can instantly hear the chords while scrolling through voicings.” – Jazzcat99

Every chord has several voicings, allowing you to find the hippest sound possible!

Note: In many cases, we’ve chosen to spell chords in the most practical way, even at the expense of the “correct” theoretical spelling.

Theory profs, balk if you must.

Performers, you’re welcome!

Pros and cons of Jazz Chords Pro app for iPhone and iPad

Jazz Chords Pro app good for

Works perfect on iPhone 4 and iPad 1/3, good sounding voicings, very good idea!
Great app for hearing various voicings for over thousands of chords. The price is right too!

Some bad moments

Very usable for students or pros, a great reference for learning new voicings, or just to spark the creativity if your arrangements are getting stale. Well worth buying.
Super fast, easy and simple way to get voicings for those complex jazz chords.
Portrait position gives notes on a staff. (Allowing full chords on the bass clef would be even greater.) Landscape gives notes on a keyboard. Excellent!
Its a cool app for finding randomized voicings, but thats it. Theres no way to find out how they function. You guys really need to add an option that gives several voicings together in a progression with good voice leading. Thats what I want to see. Theres really not much point to this app otherwise...
This is nothing more than a wheel with chords and their placement on the staff. It has nothing to do with jazz, except all chords available are displayed. I thought it would suggest an alternate chord for a chord I wanted to make more colorful. Not! You have to do that yourself. Maybe a novice would like this, but I will not get my $.99 worth on this one! Not for advanced players, because you already know this stuff!
This is a great app. I find it incredibly useful and easy to use. Definitely worth downloading. And theres no adds. Thank you!
